Things To Look For While Buying A Condo
There are a lot of things to consider while buying real estate in any place, especially in the downtown of any city. The most significant rule to keep in mind is that no condo is perfect for everyone and every condo has its own benefits and drawbacks. This is so true regardless of how much money you are willing to spend on the ideal condo.
Few things to consider or things to look for while buying a condo are as follows:

Location: Some locations of a city may command a higher price such as for being in a prime location. Some places are more in demand than the others, but you may not want to be in the most expensive locations. The location of your condo will influence how far you need to walk to the places you want to walk to.
Micro-location: It refers to the location of the building and the direction your condo is facing. Condos that face to the street will have a good view than the ones that face the courtyard and will be more expensive as well. Courtyard facing condos are quieter. South facing ones will get more sun during the winter, north facing ones will be much cooler inside. Some people prefer to stay on the same level as the amenities of that building such as entertainment room, pool etc. because they plan to use the amenities more frequently.
Views: A condo with a good view is always the top preference of buyers. A condo with a great view will always be expensive when compared with other condos. A premium view can double the price of the condo sometimes.

Future construction: There is nothing worse than investing your money in a condo with a great view and losing it all to future construction.
